FAQ's
1. How long does it take for orders to be received?
We tell my customers after I receive all money and information that it will take about 2 weeks with mailing. But, most orders are in the mail in just a few days, unless its a busy time of the year.
Ship time will depend on size of order, our current work load, and availability of the items ordered. Often we will be able to get small orders out very quickly, next day to 2 business days. Larger orders may take the full 10 days in some instances others not.
On occasion there might be delays in processing orders. You will be notified if this happens. All items are HAND MADE TO ORDER. Thank you for understanding.
If you are in a RUSH for an order just send us an email, we are happy to accommodate your needs. Please email us first and let us know exactly what you would like to order to ensure all materials are in stock to create your order. We will get back with you regarding your rush order. Please be sure to inform us of the exact date of the event to ensure proper delivery times.
We currently ship via USPS mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation email upon shipping of your package which will include a delivery confirmation number for your records.
From your ship date Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days for delivery and 1st Class Mail takes 2-7 days for delivery depending on your distance from us.
2. Do you offer special orders?
We certainly do. Please email me with any special requests and we will work it out.
3. How important is the wrist measurement?
Very important!! Please measure the wrist with a tape measure and add 1 inch. If after you receive the bracelet and its the wrong size because of a wrong measurement, we will have to charge you to restring your bracelet.
4. Do you guarantee your work?
Yes! After your bracelet is done, we will send you an email with a picture of it for your approval. We want your bracelet to be of your satisfaction before you even receive it. If after you receive your bracelet and you are not satisfied, then email me and we will work on a solution.
5. Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products we cannot except returns. We do not accept returns for any reason. Thank you!
